All items deliveries include a Tracking Number which can be provided to the Buyer upon request.

•           We do not refund items if the wrong size is provided to us by the buyer.

•           Please ensure that you have Bid and purchased your size correctly as we do not offer refunds if the wrong size is provided by the buyer.

Return & Refund Policy:
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase inform us by e-mail: info@onlinesalenepal.com. Access Garment will be prepared to exchange any defective goods in legitimate cases but under no circumstances will Access Garment pay or refund transportation charges on return from the foreign country and shipping charge to send them back to the foreign destination. Furthermore Access Garment declines responsibilities for any potential tax liability including customs duties that the government of Nepal might impose on the shipment when the goods are returned to this country.

Custom Duties:
In any event Access garment will be responsible for the payment of any duties or VAT levied by foreign governments on delivery on goods abroad.
